Curriculum

The Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) is a well-known qualification in Pakistan for students between the ages of 16 and 18. The Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan offer the Higher Secondary School Certificate, also referred to as the HSSC, as a public examination. The HSSC curriculum offers a choice of pathways for students with a wide range of talents, as well as methods that can help them develop their skills and abilities. The Gujranwala Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education establishes the curriculum (BISE). The curriculum typically consists of seven courses that mix required and elective material. The BISE in Gujranwala conducts the HSSC examination every year for a two-year programme. The certificate is given based on the 1100 marks of Part-I and Part-II exams. The students who failed the Part I exam cannot retake it; instead, they must retake it along with the Part II exam.
